At IV International Compliance Forum Olena Rybak, Managing Director of iC consulenten Ukraine, shared tips on how to ensure transparency in business operations and tender procedures:

1. Do not do anything you do not want to see in the morning newspapers.
2. Keep documents and paperwork in order.
3. Remember that even the most attractive contract is not worth risk to ruin your reputation.
4. Understand that any manipulated tender is obvious already at the stage of terms of reference.
5. Keep in mind that even if the criteria are written clearly, but the client does not want you… there will be lots of reasons to reject your offer.
6. Wait for “YOUR” clients and partners since in this case all parties will be satisfied with cooperation.
