On the 10-11 of September 2019, Sergey Novoselov, Energy Efficiency Finance Expert of iC consulenten Ukraine, told Polish colleagues about the progress and prospects of the reforms in Ukrainian energy efficiency at ReEnergy Expo XXI WARSAW.
Sergey presented some market statistic data and focused on trends, sources of financing, as well as regional features of EE market.
“Ukrainian business has more opportunities to attract investments in energy efficiency and implement the project on its own. But public sector and condominiums need support. They cannot afford to implement a project in a high-quality manner and cannot find financial resources”, – Sergey commented on the logic of identifying priority sectors for his study.
