Where? When? Comprehensive approach in development of real estate projects” at the VIII International Architectural Forum.
Indeed, Ukrainian industry players only start thinking about architectural planning of new quality, taking into account not only economic indicators, but also increased comfort for citizens.
Participants of the discussion, Ukrainian developers and architects, determined their projects as such that are still at the initial stage of the comprehensive design approach. But as the understanding is clear – it is the only way in future – they already start sacrificing commercial components for the sake of their clients’ comfort by increasing the number of shopping malls entrances and public areas while reducing rented square meters or buildings’ height.
“When will Ukrainians feel that comprehensive approach is really a given in architecture?” – the participants of the discussion were unanimous – not earlier than in 5 to 10 years.
