• Organizational and consulting support during construction works;
• Verification of the materials’ compliance with the technical specifications;
• Control over the Contractors’ compliance with design solutions and construction technology;
• Verification of the scope and quality of the construction works presented for payment in accordance with the design specifications and estimates, as well as executive documentation;
• Providing photo reports of all hidden works and defects detected during construction;
• Registration of the scope of construction / installation works performed, accepted, and paid, as well as any costs related to the defects’ elimination;
• Control over the completeness and quality of documents prepared by the Contractors at the stage of preparation for commissioning of completed facilities;
• Advisory support to customers;
• Control over the implementation of preventive environmental and social measures foreseen by the USIF and relevant Environmental and Social Management Plans at the facilities
