Recently Valeriy Vyshniakov, Energy Auditor of iC consulenten, has started to combine core project activity with responsibilities of a compliance-manager. Taking part in projects implementation both international and Ukrainian, Valeriy was pleasantly impressed by how smoothly the project is being performed, when its participants adhere to the compliance code and business ethics, when all processes are transparent, and each decision is logical and reasoned. This definitely helps the team to work more effectively.

Therefore, he decided to become a part of the compliance movement at the company level and was supported by the management. Valeriy deepens his awareness of the Ukrainian compliance system by attending lectures and training programs. Last week he completed the next stage by joining the Compliance Officers Training Program and completed this course perfectly.
