In 2018 iC consulenten Ukraine for the first time joined the awarding of winners of the second stage of All-Ukrainian Students Olympiad on “Energy Management”. The event took place 23-25 of April at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorski Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” on the basis of Institute of energy saving and energy management.
40 students from 13 leading technical universities from different parts of Ukraine took part in the Olympiad. All participants demonstrated high level of competence in the field of electric engineering, heat power engineering and energy saving, ability to seek unconventional approach within tasks. The contest was carried out on “Electric energy, electric engineering, electric machinery” and “Heat power engineering”. Students of Igor Sikorski KPI, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Sumy State University and National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” became the winners.
Elena Rybak, managing director of iC consulenten Ukraine, emphasised the significance of education and training of youth in the field of energy saving and energy management. “One of the biggest challenges of todays world is finding the solution to the nexus water-food-energy. Everyone who starts career in any of these fields will have a lot of exciting and important work to do in decades to come”, – explained Elena. She wished students professional and personal development.
iC consulenten Ukraine plans to cooperate with Igor Sikorski KPI and support such events in future.
