Following the modern rhythm of life and business, the team of iC consulenten in Ukraine constantly improves professional skills, deepens knowledge in variety of specializations, broadens experience both in Ukraine and abroad.
In spring 2018 Dmitriy Ocheretyaniy, Heating Engineer, Energy Auditor and Pavel Novak, Heating engineer, Water Expert successfully passed exams and became certified LEED Green associates.
Sergey Novoselov, energy efficiency finance expert, obtained a certificate under the European Business Association “Leadership Development Programme 2018”. Sergey improved his action plan for leadership and development.
Irina Omelianenko, Project Coordinator and Procurement Expert successfully completed the first module of training “Practical Use of FIDIC Conditions of contracts” at Association of Ukrainian Engineering Consultants – accredited member of FIDIC.
Julia Chornaya, project assistant completed online courses and obtained a certificate of Global Environmental Management by Technical University of Denmark (DTU), having gained knowledge about the best environmental technologies for a sustainable development and how they are managed in various settings around the world.
Julia also completed a training “Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor” organized by Bureau Veritas (Ukraine) and has become a certified specialist for ISO standards. She obtained relevant skills and knowledge to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of an environmental management system within the enterprise.
