From 4th October 2018 until 19th April 2019, energy auditors of iC consulenten Ukraine Dmytro Ocheretyanyi and Petro Halabitskyi were attending the training course EUREM – “European Energy Manager (CCI)”.
EUREM training is a worldwide-recognized qualification programme in the field of energy management and energy efficiency technologies, oriented on energy managers of enterprises and companies, which provide energy efficiency services.
The programme EUREM is based on the norms and standards of CCI of Nurnberg (author right), Associations of chambers of commerce and industry of Germany (DIHK e.V.) and DIHK-Bildungs-GmbH, organization responsible for professional education and qualification improvement.
This course combines theory and practice of energy management and focused on:
- Reduction of energy consumption of production through implementation of energy efficiency technologies.
- Introduction of the world best practices of energy efficiency.
- Project work is a mandatory part of the training course. It allows to practice obtained knowledge and gain a real result such as saving of company’s finance recourses.
- Possibility to prepare for energy market changes (new approaches, price increase, energy taxes etc.)
- Creation of professional energy management community.
- Possibility to contribute into environment protection.
During 6 months, Dmytro and Petro had been obtaining important knowledge on technical optimization of energy use in industries. During the course, each of them was implementing different projects, focused on EE improvements at selected municipal organizations.
