Project description

After selecting a residential area in the Sykhiv district in Lviv and a technical assessment, the findings showed that the building stock was very homogenous. More than 90% of the buildings belongs to two building types. A comprehensive refurbishment results in at least 50% energy savings for both types of buildings. In this context, GIZ procured technical expertise to support the component of implementing energy efficiency measures in the selected residential area
