Project description

Together with PwC Austria, iC was contracted by Swisspower Netzwerke AG to perform a technical and environmental due diligence for acquisition of five HPPs based in Italy in the region Valle d’Aosta.

Following an appraisal of the technical documentation and site visit, iC has conducted a technical due diligence (review and risk analysis) under the criteria: technical design and condition, technical state of the turbines, generators and plant accessories, plant performance and efficiency on available data, evaluation of the estimated benefits of rehabilitation or modernization works, environmental aspects and standards.
