Streets in Kremenchuk will be brightly lit and safe

Evaluate the difference between obsolete external lighting system (on the left) and a new high-quality bright light (on the right) in one street!

Experts from iC visited Kremenchuk in frames of joint project of the city and NEFCO “Reconstruction of street lighting with application of energy efficient lighting fixtures in Kremenchuk, Poltava region”. Modernization of lighting system in 9 streets is foreseen by the project with potential increase of quantity of streets. iC is a PIU support consultant in this project.

This time our colleagues verified performed works on replacement of existing street lighting equipment to energy efficient one. They also measured actual level of lighting in modernized streets.

Apart of significant increase of lighting level in the streets, the city and the citizens will also benefit from:

• reduced energy consumption,
• reduction of road accidents
• comfort and safety during night.
