The construction of multi-storey buildings in Novovolynsk has started under the programme ‘Housing for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Reconstruction of Liberated Cities in Ukraine’, funded by the European Union and managed by NEFCO.

In total, the construction of multi-storey buildings will take place in four cities of Ukraine: Novovolynsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky, as well as a reconstruction of a hospital in the village of Nemishaeve.

iC consulenten provides consulting services within the programme and supports the project implementation units at every stage of the project.

The design development, procurement procedures, signing contracts with contractors, expert assessments and obtaining all permits are all over. The work stage has already begun: the foundation pit and the base are already in place on the construction site.

The project envisages the construction of two six-storey buildings with 104 apartments totalling approx. 4,000 sq m of living area.
