Project description

  • Support of the appropriate institutional framework and other relevant national stakeholders with establishment and further functioning of the Energy Agencies
  • Cooperation with the Ministry of regional development, housing and communal services via participation in the Ministry’s Working Group on energy efficiency
  • Monitoring of relevant news related to regulatory or legal aspects of energy market
  • Preparation of the analytical strategy document, which improved the national and local framework for energy efficiency and establishment of energy agencies in Ukraine. The strategy document was based on a broad survey conducted among key stakeholders on national, regional and municipal level, both, governmental and non-governmental actors
