In June 2013 iC finished a complete reconstruction of Uniqa Tower, retail and office center in Odessa, Ukraine. The building was constructed in the 60-s of the last century and had very bad conditions. It has 12 storeys and a gross floor area of 8,500 m2.
On the ground floor as well as on the floors one and two there are retail areas; all other storeys are used as office areas. Outside the building there are parking places for 24 cars.
In frames of project implementation iC, on behalf of the client, was in charge of the entire project control during the design, tendering and execution phases as well as of site supervision during execution of works. Upon completion of reconstruction the building has B+ class which is now one of the highest standards in Odessa among similar buildings. All engineering systems were executed according to the EU standards.
